Elmoghira Elrayah serves as Cyber Security Lead and Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert for Allied Mission Group (AMG). In this role, Elmoghira is responsible for all aspects of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) services, with internal and external stakeholders and provide thought leadership in areas, including IdAM and Zero Trust.

With over 7+ years of experience and working knowledge. Elmoghira has a strong background in IdAM products and solutions implementation to include IdAM, PAM, and ILM including many successful implementations across multiple different client environments. Developing and delivering effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to the strategic vision and security posture. Making a direct and sustained impact on IdAM adoption within the US Federal government.

Prior to joining AMG, Elmoghira served in Fannie Mae’s Internal Technology Registration team, where he supported the IT Operation and Information Security operation.  Prior to Fannie Mae, Elmo served as a consultant for Embassy of the United Arab Emirates. In addition, the strong background in IdAM, Data Security, IT Operation, and Information Security operation. Elmo is pursuing Master of Science, in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
