Jim Menendez
Client Service Director
Jim Menendez serves as a Client Service Director for Allied Mission Group (AMG). Jim is responsible for maintaining healthy business relationships with AMG’s clients, ensuring that operational teams provide the highest quality services for clients and are operating effectively and delivering on AMG’s overall mission and goals. Jim is responsible for expanding existing client relationships and helping grow the business through new client engagements.
Jim has over 35 years’ experience working with clients in the government and private sectors to define, implement, and operate effective risk-based security programs to address the ever-evolving threats to systems and data and to comply with regulatory requirements. Jim began his career in cyber security at the United States National Computer Security Center (NCSC) where he developed technical guidelines commonly referred to as the “Rainbow Series”. Jim has been at the forefront of several other emerging technologies including biometrics and cloud computing.
Prior to joining AMG, Jim held senior leader positions at NTT, CGI Federal, NEC Technologies, and the former Computer Sciences Corporation and was responsible for maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction and serving as the escalation point for all delivery issues. Throughout his career, Jim has established lasting client relationships based on trust and meeting delivery commitments.
