Tom Tsai serves as Cyber Security Lead for the Allied Mission Group (AMG). In this role, Tom is responsible for all aspects of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) services, with internal and external stakeholders and provide thought leadership in areas, including IdAM and Zero Trust. Currently, Tom supports the DHS CDM program and is responsible for designing and creating all testing procedures and conducting requirement ((Asset Management and Identity & Access Management (IdAM)) demonstrating analysis to meet all of requirements.
Tom has over 14 years of combined experiences in various area of privileged identity access management, data security, large enterprise network environments, business intelligence, telecommunications, prepaid finance, and banking industry. Prior to joining AMG, Tom was a senior associate in Cyber Security Engineering for JP Morgan & Chase, where he planned and executed firmwide IdAM solutions and application development across all Line of Businesses as part of GIAM (Global Identity Access Management). In addition, Tom also developed and implemented managed file transfer routes for protecting data security transferred in and out of the bank in compliance to PCI standards.
Prior to JPMC, Tom held various application and operation/data center positions in meeting mission critical statements in Video on Demand, hotel business intelligence, telecommunication, and prepaid point of sale.
