AMG scored in the “TOP” Quintile, among peer firms. The report assesses the company’s performance relative to its peers in the same industry and is often requested as part of a vendor bid process. Ratings include detailed performance ratings in the areas of Reliability, Cost, Order Accuracy, Delivery/Timeliness, Quality, Business Relations, Personnel, Customer Support, and Responsiveness.
The PPE report provides an independent assessment of a company’s past performance by utilizing survey feedback from customers who can evaluate a company’s performance as a supplier from recently ordered products and services along with independent business intelligence and analysis by Open Ratings, a division of D&B.
