Loudoun, VA – February 16, 2022 – Allied Mission Group, LLC, a multiple award winning SDB small business, adds former DHS TSA Leader, John McManus, who will serve as Senior Director, IT Operations with focus on End User Services.
John brings 25 years of IT operations and end user services experience to Allied Mission Group (AMG), of which more than half of those years have been serving the U.S. Government.
Prior to joining AMG, John served the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in multiple leadership positions over 13 years to include Help Desk & Enterprise Support Program Manager and Enterprise Hardware/Software Deployment PM. In his last position he was the Field IT Services & Support Manager for the TSA where he directed field IT operations, projects, and support services for 65k users at more than 650 global enterprise locations.
Prior to the government, John held management and technical roles with several companies including Navy Federal Credit Union and Unisys Corporation.
