Allied Mission Group, LLC is proud to announce that it has been recertified at International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 20000-1:2018 for a service management system (SMS). This achievement demonstrates AMG’s continued commitment to quality and validates our organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an SMS.
Allied Mission Group's ISO 20000-1:2018 provides clients and partners assurance that:
• we provide services and requiring assurance regarding the quality of those services;
• we use a consistent approach to the service lifecycle by all its service providers, including those in a supply chain;
• we demonstrate our capability for the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services;
• we monitor, measure and review its SMS and the services;
